On December 8th, TSA (SCUPI Science and Technology Association) had its workshop on the topic of Machining and 3D Printing at iLife, with more than 40 participants were involved.  With the guide of lab technician, students gained a comprehensive knowledge of these two subjects.

After the introduction part, the participants were divided into two groups to visit the facilities at iLife, which helped the participants to have a more thorough and in-depth understanding of 3D printing and machining technology.

Afterwards, TSA also conducted a one-week manufacturing training workshop. Students made the Four Cornered Star – “Original Stone”, with the facilities at iLife and the help of TSA members.

TSA also held an exhibition of 3D printing and machining works at iLife, providing students with an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the practical applications of 3D printing and machining technology. All students from SCUPI are welcome to visit.
